RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return Stywolits.com orders and receive a full refund for any reason within 30 days after the date STYWOLITS shipped the item(s) to you, with proof of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in their original (unworn and unwashed) condition and accompanied by the original STYWOLITS proof of purchase.
Customer Return Request and Process
If you do NOT have a Customer Account and need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If you already have a Customer Account, take the following steps to submit a Return Request:
1. Click on the Sign-in Icon next to “Items” on the top right corner of the Home Page to Log into your Customer Account.
2. After you have logged into your customer account, go to “My Account”.
3. Click “Completed” to see a list of all completed orders.
4. Find the order you wish to return, then click “Return Item(s)” next to “View Order Details”.
5. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity To Return
- Return Reason
- Return Action (Optional)
- Comments (Optional)
6. Click “Submit Return Request”.
Once we’ve received and processed your return request, you'll receive a confirmation email with “Return Instructions”.
Return Shipping Label
A United Parcel Service (UPS) Returns Shipping Label will be emailed to you. Follow the steps below to print your Return Shipping Label and Instructions:
- Select “Get Shipping Label” to view different ways to create your Return Shipping Label.
- Then, select “Print Label” to print your Return Shipping Label and Instructions.
How To Return Your Item
Follow the shipping directions below for your return:
1. Place your item(s) in their shipping box.
2. Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your box.
3. Fold the printed Return Shipping Label at the dotted line.Affix the folded label squarely onto the address side of the box using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.

Take the box to any location of the UPS Store, UPS Access Point, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliance partners (Office Depot or Staples) or an Authorized Shipping Outlet near you for drop-off. To find the closest UPS location, visit the UPS Drop-Off Locator or go to www.ups.com/dropoff.
Incorrect or Damaged Order
In the event that your order is incorrect or damaged in transit, or that you are not satisfied with the quality of the product that you ordered, we'll correct or replace the order free of additional charge. Refund
It takes 7-14 business days to process all returns. Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our returns facility before it can be processed. Once we’ve received and processed your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within two (2) business days. It can take an additional 2-5 business days for your refund to post depending on your payment method and financial institution. You will also receive an email confirming that we have issued your refund.
Credit card or debit card refunds may take up to five (5) business days to post to your account.
PayPal refunds may take 7-10 business days to post.
Exchange
At this time, we do not offer exchanges through Stywolits.com. If you would like to get an item in another size or color, simply return the item you have for a refund and place a new order on Stywolits.com. This is the fastest and most efficient way for you to get your replacement item. If the price has changed, contact our Customer Service at (857) 939-9600 or Customer.Service@stywolits.com, and we'll match the price you originally paid.
