STYWOLITS.COM SHIPPING INFORMATION

You can select shipping options on Stywolits.com during step two (2) of order checkout. 

Shipping times are based on orders placed by 1:00 PM EST. You will be able to see your exact arrival dates at checkout. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will process and ship the next business day. 

When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email.

Stywolits.com will only ship to P.O. Boxes with STANDARD SHIPPING through the US Postal Service.

You can check your order status at anytime after it’s placed.

Stywolits.com will send you a shipment confirmation with tracking information for your reference. Please check your spam folder and make sure Stywolits.com is an accepted email address.

 

The Shipping Address On My Order 

The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. In order to change your shipping address after an order is placed you must cancel your Stywolits.com order and place it again. Please, contact STYWOLITS Customer Service at (857) 939-9600 or email Customer.Service@stywolits.com, if you are unable to cancel your order.

  

Order Cancellation 

Stywolits.com orders can be cancelled for any reason up to 24 hours after placing the order. If it's been more than 24 hours since placing the order, the order will ship as scheduled. You will thereafter have to return the order upon receipt according to the STYWOLITS return policy. 

To cancel your order if it's within 24 hours of placing the order, click here and fill out the Order Cancellation Request Form. Click “SUBMIT FORM” after you have filled out the form. 

Once we’ve received and processed your order cancellation request, you'll receive a confirmation email and will not be billed for the order.
